1. Client-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel a project at any time by sending a written cancellation request to support@hrhkillo.com from the registered email, with the subject line "Cancellation Request — [Project / Ticket ID]". The applicable cancellation charges depend on the stage:

Within 24 hours of placing order & before kick-off 10% of advance (gateway / admin)
After kick-off, before discovery completed 30% of advance
After requirement / design phase 60% of advance + cost of work delivered
Mid-development Pro-rata for completed milestones; balance retainer not refunded
After final delivery Cancellation not applicable; service is considered fulfilled
Recurring service / AMC 30 days written notice. Pro-rata refund of unused, paid-in-advance period

HRHKILLO reserves the right to cancel an engagement (with or without refund as applicable) if:

  1. Email support@hrhkillo.com with subject "Cancellation Request — [Ticket ID]".
  2. Mention the project name, invoice number, and reason for cancellation.
  3. You will receive an acknowledgement within 2 business days.
  4. Final cancellation confirmation, eligible refund (if any), and a closure statement will be issued within 7 business days.
