1. We Deliver Digital Services
HRHKILLO is a software / IT services company. We do not sell or ship physical goods. All deliverables are intangible and digital, including:
- Source code (delivered via Git repository, ZIP, or secure cloud transfer)
- Build artifacts (APK, IPA, Docker images, executables)
- Design files (Figma, Adobe XD, PSD)
- Documentation (PDF, Markdown)
- Cloud / server access credentials
- Hosted live URLs & deployed applications
2. Mode of Delivery
- Email: Lightweight files, links, credentials, invoices.
- Secure cloud transfer: Microsoft OneDrive / Azure Blob signed URLs / Google Drive (project-specific, time-bound).
- Source-code repositories: GitHub / Azure Repos / Bitbucket private invitations.
- Hosted deployment: Live URLs and admin/API credentials provided once final payment is settled.
3. Indicative Delivery Timelines

The actual timeline for your project will be set out in your signed Statement of Work (SoW) and may vary based on scope, third-party dependencies, and approval timelines from your side.
4. Delivery Acknowledgement
- Each major milestone is delivered with a delivery note / handover email.
- You are required to review and confirm acceptance within 5 business days.
- If no feedback is received within 5 business days, the milestone is deemed accepted.
5. Delays
- If a delivery is expected to be delayed, HRHKILLO will inform you with a revised ETA.
- Delays caused by Client-side reasons (late approvals, content delivery, payments, scope creep) will extend the timeline accordingly.
- Delays caused by force-majeure events are not the Company's responsibility.
6. Shipping Charges
As we deliver digital services, no shipping or courier charges apply. Cloud / hosting / domain / app-store fees, where relevant, are quoted separately and are pass-through costs.
7. International Delivery
We work with international clients globally. All deliverables are delivered electronically; no customs, duties, or freight charges apply. Payments must comply with the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999 and applicable RBI directions.
8. Issues with Delivery
If you have not received a deliverable as scheduled, contact us at support@hrhkillo.com with your project / ticket ID. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
