- Fixed-Price: for well-defined scope & deliverables (e.g., a static website, mobile-app MVP).
- Time & Material: billed in hours or man-days for evolving scope or maintenance.
- Retainer / AMC: monthly recurring fee for ongoing support, hosting, monitoring.

3. Taxes
- All prices are exclusive of GST. CGST + SGST or IGST is added to the invoice as applicable (currently 18% on IT services).
- For B2B clients, a tax invoice with HRHKILLO's GSTIN 37AAHCH6098M1ZS is issued, allowing input-credit claims.
- For export of services to clients outside India, no GST applies, subject to LUT / proper documentation under the IGST Act.

5. What's Not Included

- Long-term hosting, maintenance, AMC (separate retainer)

Bank account details are shared on the invoice. HRHKILLO does not accept cash payments above ₹ 2,00,000 in compliance with Section 269ST of the Income Tax Act.
8. Pay-ins & Payouts — How Money Flows
The website hrhkillo.com is used only for booking, enquiry, quotation, and customer on-boarding purposes. No money is held, custodied, or settled on the Website itself.
Pay-ins from customers / clients (advance, milestones, final invoices, AMC fees, etc.) shall be done only and exclusively through RBI-authorised Payment Aggregators / Payment Gateways or through regulated banking channels (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT) into the Company's designated bank account.
Payouts from HRHKILLO Enterprise (OPC) Pvt Ltd are made for the Company's own legitimate business purposes, namely:
- Salaries to employees and staff working under HRHKILLO;
- Professional fees to freelancers, contractors, and consultants engaged by the Company;
- Vendor payments (hosting, licences, tooling);
- Reimbursement of authorised business expenses;
- Statutory remittances; and
- Customer refunds, processed only to the original payment method.
To restate plainly: the website is for booking purposes only, and pay-ins from customers/clients shall be done in payment-aggregator-based channels only. HRHKILLO is the merchant/beneficiary on inflows and the remitter on outflows; it does not aggregate, escrow, or transmit money on behalf of any third party.
